1. Introduction

This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the Mustala Atelier website, operated by Mustala Atelier, with its registered office in Bucharest, Romania.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Definitions

  • Seller – Mustala Atelier, hereinafter referred to as "we".
  • Buyer – the natural or legal person placing an order.
  • Product – any item marketed on the Mustala Atelier website.
  • Order – the buyer's firm request to purchase one or more products.
  • Distance contract – the contract concluded between seller and buyer without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, governed by Romanian OUG 34/2014.

3. Registration and Account

To place an order, you may create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of placement.

An order becomes binding upon its confirmation by Mustala Atelier via email. We reserve the right to refuse an order in justified cases (out of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Card payment (online, processed by Stripe)
  • Cash on delivery
  • Bank transfer

For card payments, the transaction is processed securely through Stripe. Mustala Atelier does not store your full card details.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1 Seller's Obligations

  • To deliver the ordered products according to specifications
  • To comply with the communicated delivery times
  • To guarantee product conformity
  • To comply with consumer protection legislation (Romanian OUG 34/2014)

6.2 Buyer's Obligations

  • To provide correct and complete delivery information
  • To make payment according to the chosen method
  • To inspect the parcel upon receipt
  • To follow product usage instructions

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under Romanian OUG 34/2014 on distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without justifying your decision. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website (texts, images, logos, design) are the property of Mustala Atelier and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or using them without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mustala Atelier cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the respective order.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics, governmental restrictions).

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably, and failing that, by the competent Romanian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.
