Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within Romania:

  • Courier delivery (DHL/FAN Courier/Sameday) — to the specified address
  • Locker delivery (easybox/locker) — available at partner locations

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard delivery: 19 RON (VAT included)
  • Free delivery: for orders over 99 RON
  • Locker delivery: 15 RON

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before order completion.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
  • Locker delivery: 1–2 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and external factors (weather conditions, bank holidays).

4. Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the estimated time, you have the right to:

  • Request an order status update
  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund (if the delay exceeds 30 calendar days)

5. Checking the Parcel Upon Receipt

We recommend inspecting the parcel upon receipt:

  • Check the integrity of the outer packaging
  • If the packaging shows visible damage, notify the courier and, if possible, open the parcel in their presence
  • If the product is damaged, refuse receipt and contact us immediately

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Romania. For international deliveries, please contact us at contact@mustala.ro to check availability and costs.
