Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you take physical possession of the product, without having to justify your decision.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in original condition (unused, no signs of wear)
  • Be returned in original packaging, undamaged
  • Be sealed (for products delivered sealed, the seal must be intact)
  • Include all accessories and documents received

Exceptions: Customised products or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. perishable goods, sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

3. Return Form

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may send us an unequivocal statement. You may use the form below:

You are not required to use this form — any clear withdrawal statement is accepted.

4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund includes:

  • The full price of the returned product(s)
  • Standard delivery costs (but not additional costs for express delivery, if you chose this option)

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless you have agreed otherwise. We do not charge fees for refunds.

5. Return Costs

The cost of returning products (return shipping) is borne by you, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the description.

6. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you have received a defective product or one that does not match the description, please contact us immediately at contact@mustala.ro. In this case:

  • Return costs are borne by us
  • You may choose product replacement or a full refund
  • The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed
